Elevate Climbing Walls will do an initial consultation around the current gym facility, with a initial report on:

• Current wall configuration and surface conditions
• Operations
• Member customer service

With immediate suggestions for areas of improvement.

Based on the initial consultation, Elevate Climbing Walls will provide a project proposal containing the following:

• Scope of project
• Initial design considerations
• Estimated timeline
• Rough costs

Once a project proposal as been agreed upon, Elevate Climbing Walls and the customer will work through the design of the gym with regards to construction elements:

• Framing
• Top rope walls
• Bouldering areas
• other spaces

After design finalization, Elevate Climbing Walls will conduct all relevant work at their facility in Washington State, including:

• Wall panel construction
• Framing that can be constructed remotely
• Procurement of all auxiliary items such as holds, flooring, etc.
• Shipment to the customer site

Elevate Climbing Walls will execute on the construction of all agreed items on-site, including:

• Framing
• Top rope and bouldering walls
• Flooring
• Belay anchors
• Holds
